Choosing an aesthetic treatment is a significant decision. We want you to feel informed and confident before you commit, so all new patients will have a consultation. Please note we charge a deposit at the time of booking this consultation, which can be redeemed against any treatment booked within six months.
If, following consultation, we are unable to offer you a suitable treatment in clinic, your deposit will be refunded. Our follow-up appointments for new and existing patients are always free of charge.
The exceptions are our hair loss consultations, which cost £50 and are not redeemable against further treatment.
