Hardwick clinic was established by Dr. Tayana Lapa-Enright in 2013 who has been practicing aesthetic medicine since 2011. We are a Doctor-led and patient centred cosmetic, aesthetic medicine and skincare centre. Our clinic is discretely and conveniently located close to Cambridge and also Cambourne.
We are a fully accredited, registered and insured non-surgical aesthetic medical practice. We are registered with organisations such as SaveFace. These organisations exist to ensure patient safety and the highest quality of expertise and care.
We will discuss your needs and build a treatment plan around you. We offer a free no-obligation aesthetic consultations. We provide comprehensive follow-up consultations, free of charge, where required.

We have a very high rate of customer satisfaction, with many regular clients. We have extended opening hours. We also organise bookings and answer clients queries, seven days per week by text, email or telephone.
Dr Tatyana Lapa-Enright currently offers Dermoscopy training for cosmetic practice, hosted at Wingmore Medical in London.
She has also been a guest trainer for many aesthetic courses, manufacture lead trainings, and industry lead mentorship programs including InMode, CROMA Pharmaceutical, and CCR Meet the Mentor workshops.
![]() | Cate Dyble is an experienced Senior Aesthetic Practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing, 1997). She has practised across multiple fields of nursing, including dermatology, and later worked as a Clinical Support Specialist in orthopaedic surgery — roles that deepened her understanding of skin health, anatomy, and patient care. Building on her clinical foundation, Cate expanded into holistic health and aesthetics. She is a qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor and holds professional certification in Beauty Therapy. At Hardwick Clinic, Cate specialises in skin rejuvenation, mastering a wide range of energy-based technologies including advanced laser systems. She is highly regarded for designing bespoke, combination treatment plans that achieve natural, balanced, and long-lasting results. Outside the clinic, Cate is a keen rower and enjoys staying active through a variety of sports and outdoor pursuits. |

![]() | At Hardwick Clinic, Professor Anton Enright specialises in treating patients with skin laxity and visible signs of skin ageing using advanced energy-based devices. His approach combines scientific precision with a scientific and evidence-based understanding of skin physiology, delivering safe, effective, and natural-looking rejuvenation results. Alongside his clinical work, Professor Enright has an extensive academic background. He read Natural Sciences at Trinity College Dublin, specialising in Genetics, before completing his Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge. His postdoctoral research was conducted at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, where he studied small RNAs such as microRNAs and their roles in cancer and other diseases. Since 2018, his laboratory has been based at the Department of Pathology at the University of Cambridge, where he also serves as Academic Lead for the Genomics Facility, specialising in large-scale sequencing, microarrays, and genotyping. Professor Enright is also a Fellow of Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge. Research ExpertiseProfessor Anton Enright is a world-leading researcher in RNA biology at the University of Cambridge, specialising in non-coding RNAs, epitranscriptomics and computational genomics. He has led and contributed to major international projects investigating how RNA regulation and biochemical modifications influence cellular function and inflammation — mechanisms directly relevant to skin ageing, barrier repair, and regenerative aesthetics. |
![]() | Margo is Practice Manager at Hardwick Clinic, where she ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and supports both clinical and administrative operations. Known for her efficiency, warmth, and “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach, she plays a key role in coordinating patient care, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a welcoming clinic environment for both clients and staff. Before joining Hardwick Clinic in 2023, Margo and her family relocated to Cambridge from the San Francisco Bay Area. Her career path has been diverse — beginning in Fine Art Photography in Chicago before moving into Human Resources within Silicon Valley’s high-tech sector in the early 2000s. After several years in the industry, Margo and her husband, Dave, spent time living abroad in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Australia, where she combined family life with leadership and volunteer roles in education and philanthropy. Outside of work, Margo enjoys staying active, has an interest in interior design, and enjoys playing Mahjong. |
