Michelle is part of the Hardwick Clinic team, bringing over 20 years of experience in accounts, business administration, and company management.

She is responsible for overseeing the clinic’s day-to-day financial administration, helping to ensure the smooth running of the practice behind the scenes.

Michelle also supports the wider business with operational processes and is a qualified ISO Lead Auditor, bringing a strong focus on quality, organisation, and continuous improvement.

Michelle enjoys being part of a friendly, patient-focused team and takes pride in providing efficient support that helps both the clinical and administrative teams deliver an excellent service.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the countryside. She also has a keen interest in business management and is always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
