We are now proud to be able to offer the ThermaVein® system for the treatment of red veins such as thread veins and spider veins. This new thermal coagulation device is a safe and effective treatment.
ThermaVein® is an instant, safe and permanent treatment for red veins. These are often referred to as thread veins or spider veins and medically referred to as “telangiectasia”. The ThermaVein® technology is a fast and effective treatment for red veins and vascular blemishes with a short walk-in treatment.
Red veins are cosmetically unsightly and are too fine to be treated in the same way as larger veins. Our ThermaVein® thermo-coagulation device offers a complete solution, is a totally safe treatment, is clinically proven and is permanent.
Equipped with a polarisation light system headset we introduce a fine needle over the vein and in most cases it disappears instantaneously. There is no bandaging required.
Unlike IPL and Lasers, ThermaVein® cannot cause loss of pigmentation. It treats red spots, a variety of vascular blemishes and troublesome red veins. When used in combination with Scelerotherapy, ThermaVein® is perfect for treating legs. ThermaVein® can be used equally well on men. The sterile needle, for single use, is covered with an insulating sheath which protects the skin, enabling a targeted action, delivering the treatment with precison.
The nature of thermal coagulation treatment means that results are almost immediate. A significant improvement should be seen at treatment and further improvements will continue after treatment.
It is a suitable treatment for:
Usually one short treatment for minor areas or a single longer treatment for larger areas of redness. For advanced cases up to three treatments may be required to achieve the desired effect.Book Appointment Prices
