PROFHILO is the first BDDE-free stabilised injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) based product for treating skin laxity.
With one of the highest concentrations of HA on the market (64mg / 2ml) it is not only boosting and hydrating the skin, but also remodels the ageing and sagging tissue.
PROFHILO delivers great results as a treatment on its own or in combination with other aesthetics treatments currently on offer.
There are many characteristics that make PROFHILO unique from anything else available on the market right now. There is no BDDE content. It is thermally cross-linked generating stabilised hybrid co-operative complexes of H-HA and L-HA. Despite its high HA content, it has a low inflammatory profile coupled with pro-healing properties backed by clinical studies.
As a stabilised product PROFHILO lasts in the skin around 28 days. During this time the stimulation of 4 different types of collagen and elastin takes place by slow release of HA. The stimulation results in significant tissue improvement. Therefore we cannot say that Profhilo is just a skin booster as it also has a significant tightening / lifting effect on the tissue.

The treatment involves involves performing tiny injections at key points across the skin. Due to the unique characteristics of PROFHILO® results are usually obtained in two treatments separated by 4 weeks. A maintenance treatment twice a year is recommended to maintain the results.
Teoxane Redensity 1 acts as a powerful skin glow enhancer and redensifier. It is used in a holisitic way to fight against dry skin, skin slackening and sagging, sun damage and general ageing of the skin. This exclusive formula was designed with non-allergenic components including hyaluronic acid, a skin restructuring complex and lidocaine. Lidocaine is important to make the procedure comfortable and pain free. teosyal puresense redensity TEOSYAL® Redensity 1 achieves subtle, uniform and cumulative results. The skin is evenly and naturally plumped, radiant and smooth with luminosity restored.
The high concentration of free hyaluronic acid (15mg/g) allows for optimal distribution under the skin. It achieves deep dermal rehydration and redensification, making skin look younger.
It is a suitable treatment for the face, neck and also neckline which is a particularly fragile area often ignored by traditional treatments.
The TEOSYAL® PureSense Redensity 1 treatment involves performing microinjections across the skin, so that hyaluronic acid and the dermal restructuring complex distribute evenly under the skin. Three sessions at 3 to 4 week intervals are recommended for optimal results. Subsequently, 2-3 sessions per year are advisable for maintanance of treatment effects.
In general, Teoxane Redensity 1 is especially suitable for younger patients who aim to improve skin health, hydration, skin protection and achieve a youthful health glow.
Profhilo tend to be more popular with the older age group as it delivers excellent hydration to the skin, softens fine lines and gives a “lift”.
However, both Teoxane Redensity 1 and Profhilo are excellent treatments which help you to look better and stay younger for longer.
The down time of both procedures is minimal but occasionally mild superficial bruising can occur. Post-treatment, redness and very mild swelling of the skin may lasts for 2 hours but can very occasionally be noticeable for up to to 12-24 hours.
