At Hardwick Clinic we offer bespoke non-surgical facelifts using the latest products and techniques. This procedure involves the advanced application of either/both Elionce PDO threads and/or Dermal fillers by our doctor to dramatically improve the appearance of your face without needing to undergo plastic surgery.
We use Elionce PDO Threads to directly pull back the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and signs of ageing. When combined with advanced application of dermal fillers, this can produce fantastic results without plastic surgery. Our non-surgical facelift we can disguise eye bags, add volume to cheeks and create/enhance the appearance of cheekbones. We restore the volume that gets lost as one gets older. This is also useful for patients who have recently lost excess weight and want to restore volume to the face. We can enhance lip volume (without the so-called "trout pout") and open eyes. This procedure can make jowls disappear and significantly reduce the appearance of naso-labial folds.
With the thread lift procedure our aim is to offer a natural-looking improvement to the skin and facial structure. We have been trained in advanced thread lift therapy performed in our clinic with Elionce PDO threads, which are the best available. This non-surgical procedure is sometimes referred to as the ’20-minute facelift’, because of its immediate results, along with minimal downtime and discomfort.
Elionce™ threads are made of Polydioxanone (PDO), a soluble synthetic material that has been used for over 30 years in the medical industry and used widely for surgery worldwide. Research has shown that a Polydioxanone thread lift, not only tightens the skin, but also collagen production via direct stimulation. Additionally, elastin and hyaluronic acid are stimulated in thread lift treatments. These are the important factors for a more youthful and plumper face. This procedure can offer similar results to a surgical facelift without the need for surgery.** Before and After results from manufacturer's website
The PDO threads are introduced beneath the skin into the fat or muscle layers using a fine needle injection, meaning that no cuts or incisions are required. Our specifically designed needles and cannulas are aimed at achieving a smooth and comfortable treatment. A lifting effect is almost instantaneous depending on the area treated, rejuvenating and regenerating the skin whilst bringing a natural improvement to facial structure. Recovery times are usually less than one week, and the results from the procedure will continue to develop over the days and weeks after treatment.
We are trained and licensed to use advanced filler products for the contouring of the jawline for a more feminine or masculine jawline or to reduce signs of sagging.
A filler only, non-surgical facelift procedure takes approximately one hour to perform and is long-lasting. The face lift starts at £400, but is highly dependent on your needs: please see for details but be sure to discuss pricing with your Doctor. Many of our clients say that it has saved them having a surgical procedure.
We are one of the few clinics to offer total these liquid face lifts. We insert small tubes called cannulas under the skin through which we introduce a variety of fillers to replace loss of volume in all the areas which require treatment. This is a painless process as we use local anaesthetic in the areas where we insert the cannulas. There is very little bruising.

During our no-obligation free consultation we will explore what kind of option (Threads, Liquid or both) would be best for your particular needs.
