Dermal Roller treatment or Medical Skin Needling. Dermal Roller uses micro-needles to part the pores on the top layer of the skin and increases its ability to soak up the nutrients of the skin preparation used.

The preparations used include: Growth factor serum, to increases cell turnover and formation of new collagen and elastin that is lost during skin aging. Vitamin C serum to help combat sun-induced damage to the skin, trigger collagen synthesis, increase the skin’s elasticity and density as well as improve the skin’s texture and brighten the complexion. Vitamin B5 serum hydrate to relieve and restore moisture balance in both dry and oily skin types. Retinol serum which stimulates collagen and hyaluronic acid production

This treatment reduces aging of the skin by restoring firmness and tightness, improves quality of the skin by thickening the epidermis, improves the appearance of large pores and reduces appearance of scars including scars from acne, chicken pox, surgical scars, burn or accidental injuries.

It will also: Lighten pigmentation marks, improves appearance of stretch marks and improve the appearance of areas of cellulite

It increases the release of growth factor that stimulates the production and formation of new collagen and elastin. It works by revitalizing skin and progressive improvement of skin quality by increasing absorption of ingredients. Dermal roller causes no skin damage and has minimal side-effects, short healing time and causes minimum discomfort. It is also suitable for all skin types and body parts.
